Collect your sample
Our At-Home Test Kit includes an easy-to-use blood test, which uses revolutionary new technology to collect a blood sample without painful needles or finger sticks.
Complete your online assessment
While you wait for the results of your blood test, you’ll fill out an online cognitive assessment, which will give us more complete information about your brain health.
Receive your results
When your blood test results are available, they will be reviewed by a board-certified neurologist. If Alzheimer’s is detected, we'll reach out to help you make a telehealth appointment with a neurologist, who will review your results and advise on next steps. If Alzheimer's is not detected, you will receive educational information on maintaining your cognitive health.

After your telehealth appointment, you will have streamlined access to our Neurogen team of specialty-trained neurologists for continuing care and support.
Your privacy is paramount
You -- and only you -- will receive the results of your blood test and cognitive assessment. Neurogen is not covered by insurance and we will never share your information with insurance providers, employers, family members or anyone else.

To make sure you’re a good candidate for Neurogen, we’ll ask you to provide some basic information and take a short online evaluation.
Delivered to your door
A doctor will review your information. If you qualify, we’ll process your order and ship your kit to the address you provide.
Simple return shipping
Once you complete the at-home blood test, you can send your sample to our lab using the convenient pre-paid shipping envelope we provide.
