You’ll follow a simple 4-step process
Collect your sample
BETA: Once you receive your at-home Test Kit, you will schedule an appointment with a mobile phlebotomist, who will visit your home at a convenient time for you. This white glove phlebotomist concierge service will include use of new blood collection technology and traditional blood draws.
After receiving your kit, a nurse or health professional will guide you through the sample collection process to ensure accuracy and comfort.
Complete your online assessment
While you wait for the results of your blood test, you’ll fill out an online cognitive assessment, which will give us more complete information about your brain health.
Receive your results
When your blood test results are available, they will be reviewed by a board-certified neurologist. If there is an increased likelihood that your cognitive concerns are associated with Alzheimer's disease, you will discuss your results with one of our board-certified neurologists in a telehealth visit. If your likelihood is low, you will receive educational information to maintain your cognitive health.
After receiving your kit, a nurse or health professional will guide you through the sample collection process to ensure accuracy and comfort.

After your telehealth appointment, you will have streamlined access to our Neurogen team of specialty-trained neurologists for continuing care and support.

A doctor will review your information. If you qualify, we’ll process your order and ship your kit to the address you provide.
Simple return shipping
The Home Blood Draw specialist who completes the blood collection at your home will handle shipping you sample to the lab, adding further convenience to your testing.
