At Neurogen Biomarking LLC ("Neurogen"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our patients' health information. Scope

- Conducting virtual consultations with licensed medical professionals

- Improving diagnostic accuracy and care pathways for neurodegenerative disease
We will not use or disclose PHI for any purpose other than those permitted or required under HIPAA without the patient's written authorization.
